Trainer Certification Do What Matters Most

This certification is for those who wish to take the Do What Matters Most training and resources into their organization and teams to improve time management, productivity, and well-being.

Our certification program is a live F2F/Virtual journey where you will complete a 6 hours Train the Trainer course that is dedicated to you becoming a skillful, engaging, and successful trainer.

You will work 1:1 with one of our certification master teachers to review content, get teach-back opportunities, and support in setting up your first training experiences for Do What Matters Most.

The Do What Matters Most Certification is a three step process:

  • Step 1: Complete the live F2F/Virtual train-the-trainer certification course
  • Step 2: Prepare for teach-back session
  • Step 3: Complete a 1:1 trainer certification review with a Master Trainer

You will conclude your certification with a unique opportunity to meet 1:1 with a master trainer for one hour. You will receive a certificate of completion after meeting with your master trainer. Upon completion you’ll also be given access to the “Trainer Success Center” and have ongoing support from the BYB team. You will be set up to succeed and see real results.

Time to completion:

  • Do What Matters Most TTT Certification Program : 6 hours
  • Teach Back Preparation : 2-3 hours
  • 1:1 Review with Master Review: 1 hour
  • Total Time: 9-10 hours
